Shipping And Delivery
At KLUG Furniture, we provide free and easy home delivery to any address within Bangalore. We guarantee safe and on-time delivery to ‘any floor’ of your apartment building. Your furniture is’ 100% safe and perfectly packed, and in some cases even ‘wooden crated’ to ensure damage-free delivery.
Kindly note our services do not include unpacking of the crates and clearing the packing materials. The wooden crates can be opened by removing one plank with a hammer or kitchen tool and the rest of the planks can be simply ripped out.
Refund & Returns :
On placement of an order, the product will be delivered & assembled by a service technician within 7-10 working days.
Return Policy :
- Products are returnable only within the applicable return window.
- The return policy is valid only if you’ve received a product that is damaged, defective, different from the description or has missing parts or accessories.
- The return will be processed only if:
- It is determined that the product was damaged prior to possession
- The product is different from the order
- The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made.
- Once the product return claim is accepted by us, we will process the refund amount within 24 hours. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 10-14 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
Warranty:
At KLUG Furniture, our endeavour is to safeguard your investment in our furniture. Most companies offer 1 year of product warranty.
We offer a three years warranty on all our products with regards to materials, manufacturing defects and workmanship.
